The limits of what this website and our products promise

This disclaimer applies to balkandrops.com, operated by Balkandrop Ltd,
trading as Balkan Digital Market, a company registered in England and Wales under
company number 17369986. It should be read together with our
Terms of Use and our
Licence, which set out the contract
between us.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or
for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Information is general, not advice

Everything published on this site — product pages, guides, help articles
and answers from our support team — is general information about our
products. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you
should not treat it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who
knows your circumstances.

This applies particularly to licensing. We explain how our Licence works in
plain terms so you can make a sensible decision, but if the stakes are high
— a large print run, a brand identity, a trademark application — take
your own legal advice before you commit.

2. Products, previews and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can and list the file formats,
dimensions and contents on each product page. Even so:

  • Colours vary between screens, browsers and printers. A small difference in
    appearance is not a defect.
  • Preview images, mockups and specimen sheets are for evaluation. They show how
    an asset can look, not a guarantee of how it will look in your project.
  • Fonts and templates may render differently depending on the software and
    version you use.

You are responsible for checking that a product suits your intended use before
you rely on it. If a file is faulty or genuinely not as described, your rights
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will put it right — see
section 7 of the Terms of Use.

3. Our AI assistant

Where we make an AI assistant available on the site, the following applies.

  • It can be wrong. The assistant is an automated system
    that provides general information about our products and licences. We cannot
    guarantee that its answers are accurate, complete or current. Everything it says
    is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind.
  • It is not legal advice. Its answers are for information
    only and are not legal or professional advice. For legal questions about our
    licences, consult a qualified adviser.
  • It cannot change your licence. Nothing the assistant
    says varies, extends or overrides the published
    Licence or
    Terms of Use. Where they conflict, the
    published documents govern.
  • Check before you act. You are responsible for reviewing
    its output before relying on it. We are not liable for any loss arising from your
    reliance on an answer you did not verify.
  • Do not share sensitive information. Conversations may be
    logged and reviewed by our support team for quality and troubleshooting. Please
    do not enter payment details, passwords or other sensitive personal data. Our
    Privacy Policy explains how we handle
    your data.

answer.

4. Availability of the site

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or
free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for
maintenance or business reasons, normally without notice. We also do not warrant
that the site or its files are free from viruses, and you should use your own
security precautions.

5. Prices and availability of products

We try to keep prices, sale badges and product availability correct, but
errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may
cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. Prices
and promotions can change at any time, and a change never affects an order we
have already accepted.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on services operated by other companies,
including our payment providers. We do not control those services and are not
responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an
endorsement. When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy
apply to that use.

7. Content you submit

Any review, comment or other material submitted by users reflects the view of
the person who wrote it, not ours. We do not endorse it and we do not accept
responsibility for it, though we may remove anything at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

Subject to the opening paragraphs of this page, we are not liable for loss of
profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or any
indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our
products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited as set out
in our Terms of Use and
Licence.

9. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this page from time to time. The current version is always
published here with the date it was last updated.

10. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of
England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident
elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings where you
live.
